The walls are Italian lime plastered that create a soft glow, with a marble tiled bathroom with walk in shower, and is the basement floor of the main house with a private entrance for guests. It opens into a sunroom that will be yours to use during your stay. When the tide is high, it can feel as if you are on a boat. The kitchenette, dining area has A/C, a full oven/range, refrigerator, sink, washer and dryer, and all the basic appliances, dishes, pots and pans, etc. to cook your basic meals there during your stay.
